I recently signed a lease for a beautiful apt in Washington Heights. Yaakov Vogel is the agent who helped me. He was beyond professional and very patient. He was extremely knowledgable about every neighborhood we visited and was always prepared. He had demonstrated on several occasions his awesome follow up with me. When I went to the management office, they were professional and super friendly. Yaakov made the process seamless for me.
